Payment
All work is carried out on the basis that full payment will be made on completion unless prior agreement has been made by email to Maynard's Maintenance when there is a maximum payment term of 30 days.
If payment is not received within 30 days there is £30 fee per month to cover admin costs and re-invoicing. This monthly fee will continue until full payment is received.
Bank transfer, bank cheque , personal cheques with cheque guarantee card present or cash payments are accepted.
All items supplied by Maynard's Maintenance remain the property of Maynard's Maintenance until full payment is received.
If there is any conflict or differences of term & conditions between Maynard's Maintenance and any company or contractor, all work carried out is done so on the basis that it meets with the conditions of Maynard's Maintenance first unless prior agreement has been made by email to Maynard's Maintenance before any work starts
Maynard's Maintenance does not accept any cold calls from marketing or advertising company's. Any company that waste the time of Maynard's Maintenance with unwanted phone call will be invoiced on a hourly basis for any lost time at the highest rate. Your contact details will never be sold on.
